She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Oliver and Irene Oliver; her siblings, Mary Ann Fannin, Ethel Roberts and James Oliver; and her siblings' children, Joseph McGranahan and Theresa McGranahan.
She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Williams; her daughter Vickie; her grandchildren, Sean Noltemeyer (Kristi) and Lindsey Burns (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Lainey Noltemeyer, Neveah Paul and Marley Burns; her sister Sue Mullens; her sibling's children, James Oliver, Greg Roberts, Jeff Roberts, Kalab Koel, Jessica Condiff, Jacona Oliver, Robin Roberts, Lisa Campbell, Jody and Tonya VanHoose; and her close friends, Vickie, Norma, Shirley, Jacona and Jan. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
