She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Everett and Sara Elizabeth Roahrig (Enos); her husband Robert Garabrandt, Sr.; her son Charles Eugene "Chuckie" Markley; and her siblings, Raymond Roahrig, Blaine Roahrig, Byron Roahrig, Robert Roahrig, Katherine Clark, Virginia Porter, Sarah Allensworth, Vivian Roahrig, Phyllis Heil and Joyce Clough.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Shinn (Garabrandt), Robert A. Garabrandt, Jr., Bernidene "Betsi" Huntzinger (Garabrandt), Ronald Markley (Sharon), David Markley (Sissy) and Philda Carothers (Markley); and her sister Vonnie Cox. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
