She was predeceased by: her parents, Abdol-Rahim and Khanom Kochak; her husband Mohammad; and her siblings, Firdousi, Reza, Ahmad, Aziz Agha, Mohteram and Saddeqeh.
She is survived by: her brother Javad; her children, Sam (Parizad), Alan (Mila), Ali (Sayeh), Nasser (Sahar) and Fara (Chris); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Mariah, David, Sami, Alex, Lydia, Andre, Audrey, Sheila, Hannah, Andy, Zach and Joey. She is also survived by her husband, dear family and friends.
