He is survived by: his sons, Isiah Thomas, Jr., Darrell Thomas, Antonio Thomas and Dale Thomas; his grandchildren, Ashley Thomas, Rayshawn Rogers and Amarre Dixon; his great grandchild Sarai Brown; and his sister Lillian Whitt of Tuscaloosa, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
