He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Forbis; and his parents, Ivan Forbis and Hazel Forbis. He is survived by: his sons, Shane (Irene), Scott and Sam Forbis; his grandchildren, Victoria, Veronica, Marley, Anthony and Sadie; and his siblings, Cheryl Leslein (Donald) and Marylee Bendig (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
