He is survived by: his mother Karen Zajicek (Allyn); his siblings, James Zajicek (Kelly), Jadrian Zajicek and Trina Tyler (Christopher); his siblings' children, Katherine, Krystal, Aaron, Justin and Jonathan; his great-nieces, Carleigh, Chloe and Ruby; and his great-nephew Gabriel.
