He was predeceased by: his wife Reva Weiss; his parents, David Weiss and Mollie Weiss; his siblings, Sidney Weiss, Allen Weiss, I. William Weiss and Phyllis Arent; his nephew Paul S. Arent; and his son-in-law Frank Constantino.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Weiss (Kim Payne-Weiss) and Paulette Constantino; his sisters, Ruth Farber and Shirley Friedman (Marvin); his grandchildren, Jenny Weiss (Steve Kretzer), Mark Weiss (Sarab), Ryan Payne, Alec Weiss, Joseph and Michael Constantino; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Jack and Olivia; and his sister-in-law Sue Weiss. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jack's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
