He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Hayner and Rachel Hayner; his brother John Hayner; his daughter Jackie Morbitzer; and his stepdaughter Debra Basham.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Hayner; his children, Brenda Johnson, Vickie Cook, Tanya Mayes and Daniel Hayner; his stepchildren, Denise Franzetti, David and Donald Basham; and his sisters, Irene Rapp of Arizona and Sandra Bonham of California. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild; many other family members and dear friends.
Jack requested cremation and with the Covid 19 situation, the family may hold a memorial at a later date.
