He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Martin (Longstreth) and Samuel "James"; his siblings, James and Charlene; his son Paul; and his son-in-law Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Martin (Weber); his children, Deborah Smith, Steve Martin (Shawnee) and Jacqueline Mahan (Michael); and his grandchildren, Robert Strait (Adria), Shane Hamilton, Amanda Case (Joe), Daniel Henegar (Candace Steward), Wendi-Lyn Lantz (Aaron) and Sydney Thiele (Johnathan). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Hilltop Church of God in Columbus, Ohio.
