She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Vincent and Ann Vincent (Cook); her brother Richard Vincent; her children, Robert "Bob" Andrews (Kim Foiles) of Missoula, MT, Richard "Dick" Andrews (Lisa Drake) of Hornell, Elizabeth "Beth" Gills (Russell) of Virginia Beach, VA, Susan Hooker (Stan) of Hornell and Maria Eriksdotter (Mia); and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Andrews of Canisteo and Francis Vincent. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Jackie's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to any local charity.
