He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Baker and Eva Baker (Scott); his wife Barbara West Baker; his daughter Sharon Baker Guenther; his brothers, Bill, Owen and Bobby; and his grandparents, Helen Heal West and Arthur West.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Mills (Quin); his granddaughters, Jennifer Bennett (John) and Stephanie Guenther (Anthony Wayman); his siblings, Barbara Teale and Eddie Baker (Shirley); his sister-in-law Diane "Sue" Kennedy; and his friends, Shades Portside, Ann and Ding Ho. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the church Friends Worship Center.
