We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2019, at the age of 55, James E. Bowman (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leila Wooden and George Edward Smith; and his siblings, Debra Bowman and Robert Bowman. He is survived by: his wife DaMona Lipsey-Bowman; his children, Dominic Jones and Donivan Lipsey; his siblings, Linda Cockrell (Horace) and Billy Cockrell (Stan); and his children, Jalisa Bowman and James E. Bowman Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
