He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Gatterdam and Eleanor Meyer Gatterdam; and his siblings, Nicholas A., Richard Paul, Charles F., Patricia Ann Schwenker and John T. (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann; his children, James (Lisa), Kurt, Patty Weisgerber (David) and Richard (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Alan, Emma, Kate and Emily. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
