He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Jim Hoffman (Cindy), Carrie Hoffman, Tammy Reynolds (Marvis), Bruce Layman (Amy) and Matthew Hoffman; and his siblings, Lou Ellen Parkinson and Bill Hoffman (Marilyn). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
