He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Fred Wells and Norene Wells; and his stepsons, Mick (Mary) and Dennis Masters.
He is survived by: his friend Gary; his siblings, Fred (Glenna) and Ann Goodman (Hal); his son James (Amy Montgomery); and his stepsons, Mike and Thom Masters. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Dick wanted donations made to The Olde North Columbus Support and Advocacy Initiative for Our Homeless in c/o Glen Echo United Presbyterian Church, 220 Cliffside Dr., Columbus, Oh. 43202.
