She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeWyer and Mildred DeWyer (Young); and her husband Herman Ward. She is survived by: her daughter Gina George (Ward); her grandson Phillip George; her great grandchild Rilen George; her brother Robert Dale DeWyer (Barbara); her niece Karen Black (Ed); and her son Jerry Urell. She is also survived by three great-nephews; and one great-great niece.
Janet A. (DeWyer) Ward, age 82, fell asleep in death on December 1 st , 2018, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
