She was predeceased by: her father Charles Wemlinger. She is survived by: her mother Blanche; her brothers, Thomas Eugene and Charles Richard (Pam); and her siblings' children, William Smith (Bekah), Kevin, Zachary Wemlinger, Larry Wellman, Amy Wellman, Jamie Lowe (Bryan) and Brandon Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in memory of Janie be directed to the church.
