It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Hickman (Columbus, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr Max and Shirley Hickman of Chillicothe, Ohio; his siblings, Holly Levinson (Hal) of Charlotte, NC and Lance (Janora); and his siblings' children, Adam Levinson of New York City, Taylor Hickman of Columbus, Hayley Hickman and Jacob Hickman of Powell.
