He was predeceased by: his parents, James Waugh and Sheila Caynor; and his grandparents, Bill, Leona Bailey, Arthur and Edra Waugh.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Waugh; his children, Kody Waugh and Kelli Waugh; his parent-in-law Everett; his siblings, James Waugh (Cindy) of Columbus, John Waugh (Carrie) of Chillicothe and J'Beth Anderson of Columbus; and his brothers-in-law, Everett Horn (Stacy) of Mt. Sterling and Robert Horn (Lyndee) of Whitehall. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; 16 great neices and nreat-nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
