He was predeceased by: his mother Janet M. Wilson Abbott; his nephew Michael Green; and his cousin James Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Nikki Green; his children, Nicholas Green, Noah Green (Taylor) and Madison Green; his brother David Green; his nephew Cooper Green; his parents-in-law, Marla, Gary Bennett and Russell Angelbeck (Shari); his aunt Becky Crisp; his cousin Michael Crisp; and his sisters-in-law, Kaity Overmyer (Chris), Terrah Whitsett, Stephenie Cardenaz, Melissa Stickel (Dusty) and Renae Green.
