He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weyrick and Georgia Weyrick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Christopher of Columbus and Jeffrey Scott Weyrick (Sarah) of Columbus; and his siblings, Marianne Hull (Bill) of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert Weyrick (Yolanda) of Wichita Falls, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
