He was predeceased by: his brother James Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Khyre, Bentley, Adrian, Jeremiah and Xander; his parents, Angela Lewis and Joe McCarthy; his stepfather James Weaver; his siblings, Jessica Tejera (Darrell), Shakeena Gabbert, Shakeita Gabbert, Airiana Weaver, Micaela Lewis, Zackary Gabbert, Michael Gabbert and Mylo Gabbert; and his grandmother Gloria Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
