He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hawthorne; his children, Kevin Hawthorne (Kim), Mikey Scotty, Amy Hawthorne and Jeannie Scotty (Jason); his grandchildren, Samantha Hall, Jake Hawthorne, Jordyn Hawthorne, Sebastian Perry, Kyle Hawthorne and Kaylee Seymour; his mother Ruth Hawthorne Burchett (Emmit); and his siblings, Rocky Hawthorne (Deby), Timothy Hawthorne (Cindy) and Joannie Behrens (Greg).
