He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Lee Sanders, Sr. (Red); and his sister Mary Jean Sanders (Bright). He is survived by: his mother Ethel Lynn Sanders; his siblings, James T. Sanders, Teresa Ann Sanders, Yvonne Lynn Sanders and Demetria Diane Sanders; and his son Adam Paul Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
