She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Black and Dolores Black; her brother Terry Calendine; and her father-in-law William Slaughter. She is survived by: her husband John; her son Brett; her daughter-in-law Randasha; her grandchildren, McKenzi, Ethon and Kendyl; her siblings, Robert Black, Christine Peskay and Suzanne Billman; her mother-in-law Barbara Slaughter; and her pets, Misha, Zorro, Huckleberry and Meadow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of The United States or to the ASPCA.
