He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bailey and Pauline Bailey; his wife Virginia; and his siblings, Joeline Snider Phipps, Alfred Bailey and Mary Katherine Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Leah Bailey of Fairborn, Keith Bailey (Andria) of North Carolina, Regina Deese (Larry) of Georgia, Stephen Bailey of Columbus and Virgil Bailey (Karen) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Janene, Matthew, Amanda, Angela, Richard, Scott and Ricky; and his friend Doug Thomas of Princeton, WV.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
