He is survived by: his wife Chris; his father Okey Knapp; his sisters, Pam Casto (Rick) and Vicki Bonnell; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Calie, Aubrie, Audree, Blaze, Blake and Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
