It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joey Thomas Jr. (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on June 9, 2019, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Jaiven Thomas; his significant other Dakota Gamble; his partner's children, Urijah, Malakai and Callie; his parents, Melinda Thomas (Mike Gallaugher) and Joe Thomas (Kari); and his siblings, Justin (Jennifer), Joshua Thomas, Mikey, Mathew Gallaugher, Jasmine Louks, Kacey Snow and Vince Arthur. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
On June 9th, 2019 at just 33 years of age, he became a hero who was able to give the gift of life to three people who prayed to God for a miracle through the gift of organ donation.
