He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Nellie; and his siblings, Joe, Harvey, Wayne, Evelyn and Koneta.

He is survived by: his wife K. Suzanne "Suzi"; his children, Paul (Carrie), Jason, Jodi Caldwell (Darren) and Johnny (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jason, Austin, Hannah, Evelyn and Stewart; and his sister Dorothy Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
