He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Curtis and Cora Curtis; and his brothers, Darby and Ova Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Curtis; his children, Joan Curtis, Susie Horn, Janice Wigal, Jeff, John, Joey, Isaiah Curtis, Alonzo Horn III and Terry Ward; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Kelly Stafford, Shawna Fitch, Alisha Yance, Trevor, Spencer, Nick Ward and Whitney Houck; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Wilson, Paul Wigal IV, Haleigh, Christopher Horn, Unique, Daniel, Madalyn, Kelly and Kingslee; his siblings, Marie Field and Raymond Curtis (Anna Lee); and his nieces, Linda and Deanna.
Visitation 2:00 to 4:00 P. M. Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave. Burial Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa, KY to include graveside service at 1:00 P. M. COVID SAFETY -. Due to current guidelines, we require that all visitors age 2 and over wear a mask inside the building, regardless of vaccination status.
