We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2022, at the age of 89, John R Foulkes of Columbus, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Dutch" Foulkes and Leota Foulkes (Meredith); his parents-in-law, Torrence and Gladys Winkle (Henry); and his son Jeffery.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jane Winkle; his daughter-in-law Amy Foulkes (Jeff) of Hudson, OH; his children, Doug Foulkes (Joanne) of Celina, OH and Ellen Bonk (Gregory) of Riverlea, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler, Spencer Foulkes and Kimberly Bonk; his sister Martha Timbers (Larry); his sister-in-law Shirley Blake (Winkle); his sister Janet; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Vogt (Martha) and Byron Blake (Shirley). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
