He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Mary Patricia Thomas and Donald E. Foley; and his cousins, Michael Paluga and Allison Herschel.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael Foley and Mary Beth Foley; his siblings, Emma and Patrick Foley; and his grandmother Jeanne Foley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, treasured cousins and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, tribute may be made to the John Francis Foley scholarship fund at St. Charles Preparatory School.
