He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Fenner and Anna Fenner (Hess); and his siblings, Paul Fenner and Miriam Fenner Webb (Susie). He is survived by: his former wife Winifred Fenner (Williams); his children, Julie Anderson, Geronda Fultz (Robert), Paul Fenner and John Fenner, Jr.; his grandchildren, Caitlin Anderson, John Fultz, Carmen Fultz, Trent Fenner and Kelsey Fenner; and his sister Frances Fenner Glaze.
In lieu of a service and flowers his request was that donations be made to either Wounded Warrior Foundation or the Delaware County Humane Society.
