He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Malcolm G. and Barbara E. MacIvor. He is survived by: his wife Susan Spain MacIvor; his children, James MacIvor (Rebecca) of Columbus and Beth Martinelli (Justin) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Gavin, Gino and Evie; his siblings, Duncan C. MacIvor (Virginia) of Kentucky and Margaret "Peggy" Hendricks of Colorado; and his siblings' children, Lauren, Craig, Jessica, Heather, Thomas, Terry, Kathy, Christie and Tim. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.
