He is survived by: his mother Karen Holloway; his mother-in-law Melanie Gomez; his siblings, Noah and Autumn Hemming; his stepchildren, Joey Gomez (Brook), Eddie Fletcher and Chloe Vavrek; and his brother Rick Hemming (Chelsea). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
John was able to provide life through organ donation with Lifeline of Ohio.
