He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Ann Dillard and James Elwood Dillard Sr. John; and his wife Brenda Dillard. He is survived by: his children, Michael Dillard and Lisa Keyes (James); his siblings, James Dillard (Tammy), Raymond Glenn (Nozipo), Robert Dillard (Sharon), Charles Dillard (Russann), Henry Dillard (Falisha), Valencio Dillard (Mona), David Dillard, Charlene Tillman (Eric), Florence Taylor, Ann Williams (Dwight), Keith Dillard (Shelly), God-Sisters, Carol Beth Wade and Jennifer Williams; and his grandchildren, Quori Burks, Shawn Burks (Jasmine) and Mikaila Dillard. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
