He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Wolfe; his parents, Helen Wolfe and Earl Wolfe; and his siblings, Pete Wolfe, Carol Wolfe and Frank Wolfe.

He is survived by: his son John Wolfe Jr. (Cindy); his grandchildren, Mallory, William and Deanna; and his brother George Wolfe.
