We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022, at the age of 66, Joseph Bruce Horner in Columbus, Ohio, born in Salisbury, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Horner and Joyce Jones. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tully; his children, Joe (Ashley), Will, Lucy, John, Sam and Anne; his grandson Charlie; his siblings, Chris Watts (Bob), Mike Hoch (Donna), Tammy Biser (Steven) and Dale Midkiff; his cousins, Bud Horner (Beverly) and Sandy Horner; and his aunt Priscilla Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Patrick Church or Kobacker House.
