It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Chase of Columbus, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleck P. Zaferakes and Smaro Zaferakes; and her husband Thomas L. Chase. She is survived by: her son Lee Thomas Chase; and her grandson Geno Chase of Columbus.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 555 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
