She was predeceased by: her husband John; and her daughter Linda. She is survived by: her daughter Sally Cusack (Bob); her grandchildren, Mimi and Rob; her son Kelly Cusack (Carole); and her granddaughters, Maeve and Addy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
