She is survived by: her husband Michael Pavlik August; her brother Cecil Cantrell; her son Michael Robert Pavlik; and her grandchildren, Michael Aaron Pavlik, Ben Pavlik, Sarah Ratliff, Samantha Powell, Andrea Adams and Conor Pavlik. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
