She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel McKown and Leola McKown; and her brother Scotty. She is survived by: her husband Francis; her daughters, Terra Schulz (Bob) and Jeanna Diederich (John); her grandchildren, Frances, Jack, Sam and Olive; and her siblings, John McKown (Cristy), Lori Wood (Mark) and Larry Loudermilk. She is also survived by aunts and numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Joyce to Kobacker House.
