It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia A. Moyer (Columbus, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on July 30, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest White and Elizabeth White (Riggs).
