He is survived by: his wife Dawn Dunlap; his sons, Justin Jr., Jordan, Kevin and Logan; his mother Carline Dunlap (Charles Ward); his siblings, Cassidy, Olivia Dunlap, Michael and Lewis Dunlap; his niece Kristiana; his nephews, Michael Jr. and Ashton; his aunts and uncles, Sonya Moore (Michael), Carla Dillon, Kenny and Dale Ballard; his close friends, Robbie Williams and Danny Crawford; his cousins, Scott Fausnaugh (Amanda), Shawn Fausnaugh (Stacy) and Patrick Dillon; and his brothers-in-law, Timothy Butts, Steven Schell, Brandon, Morgan, Travis and Greg Johnson. He is also survived by many other family members, co-workers, and friends.
