She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Fouts (Donald) and Dane Snodgrass (Dottie); her sister Linda Jacobs (Dick); and her daughter Richelle Ann Hess. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Lynn, James Edward Hess (Jill), Crystal Lee Garrett (Pat) and Catherine Sue Hess; her sisters, Susie Heckard (Glen) and Yvonne Cheesebrew (Darrel); David Hunninen. She is also survived by 11 great grand-children; many nieces and nephews.
