She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul K. O'Donnell and Betty Sue O'Donnell; and her brother Kevin O'Donnell. She is survived by: her son Wayne Straughter; her siblings, Mary Sindledecker (Tom) and James O'Donnell; her daughter-in-law Tiffany; her granddaughter Ayris; her great grandchildren, Ayden and Justin; and her cousin Diana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Karen loved animals, and requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to your local humane society.
