She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Mueller and Selma Mueller; her sister Helen Gilbert (Alan); and her husband Roy Lewis. She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Sullivan (John) of Centerville, Carolyn Lewis of Cincinnati and Dr. Katherine Fernandez (Craig) of Columbus; her granddaughters, Julia Sullivan of Louisville, KY and Maria Sullivan of Centerville; and her sibling's children, Lewis Gilbert, Janet Gilbert and Martha Hiat.
