She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Darrel, Clasina Borden, Walter and Ruth McConaughy; and her nephew Matthew McConaughy.
She is survived by: her parents, Steve McConaughy and Diana Borden McConaughy of Marysville; her siblings, Scott McConaughy (Christy) of Marysville, Shannon Miller of Marysville and Christopher McConaughy (Tara) of Columbus; her siblings' children, Abigail, Betsy, Madilyn and Elliott; her uncles, Richard Borden (Joanne Cermak) and James Borden (Patricia); her aunt Cheryl Pickens (Dale); her great-aunt Betty Zimmerman (Hank); and her great-uncle John Young (Gladys). She is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Katie's name to New Life Church Gahanna at 3690 N Stygler Road, Gahanna OH 43230.
