She is survived by: her mother Patricia Vanicek of Louisville, Ohio; her siblings, John Vanicek (Diana), Denise Norris (Randy) and Joe Vanicek (Carolee); her children, Brittnee Randall (John), Zackery Mayle, Dylan Mayle and Alleighna Vanicek; her uncles, Bob Aventino (Chris) and Larry Aventino (Gerri); and her aunt Linda Milnes. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
