With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Ann Faiella (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryce Adkins and Eileen Adkins; and her brother Bryce Adkins. She is survived by: her children, John Faiella (Renee), Alicia Brooks (Eric) and Rocky Faiella; her siblings, Eileen Laflin (Bob) and Sam Adkins; and her grandchildren, Johnny, Jace, James, Jaxon Faiella, Isabel, Viviana, McKayla and Michael Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James Cancer Hospital.
